Hannah Abbe, PA

Physician Assistant

Hannah Abbe is a Certified Physician Assistant at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics. She provides pre- and post-procedure care, patient education, and Shockwave Therapy while helping patients understand their treatment options and feel supported throughout their recovery.

Before joining Breakthrough, Hannah gained valuable experience in chronic pain management and urgent care. She evaluated and treated patients with acute injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, headaches, migraines, and a wide range of medical concerns. Her clinical background includes creating individualized treatment plans and caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Hannah’s experience in pain management introduced her to advanced interventional treatments, including platelet-rich plasma injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve stimulation, trigger-point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and Botox injections for chronic migraines. This background gives her a strong understanding of the challenges patients face when pain interferes with their movement, independence, and quality of life.

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Human Biology from Emory University and her Master of Medical Science through the Physician Assistant Program at Tufts University School of Medicine. Her clinical training included rotations in orthopedics, emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, behavioral medicine, and women’s health.

At Breakthrough, Hannah is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She takes time to answer questions, explain each step of treatment, and help patients feel confident as they work toward returning to the activities they love.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys hiking with her dogs, perfecting sourdough recipes, and creating new pottery pieces.
